Scope do not confuse backlog of orders with inventory on hand.

Backlog is the amount of orders for new products that SFA has received from its customers.

Inventory is the amount of these products the customers have in stock.

Just in time delivery addresses inventory in stock by allowing customers to order new product when needed and not beforehand. It keeps the stock rooms from getting too full.

As long as the customers are accepting orders from SFA, the present case, and SFA continues to manufacture new, and innovative telecommunication products, BACKLOG of orders will continue to be a good indicator of future sales.

Good luck investing.
