Trevor: Your company, Kalvik Mining Services, is the original owner of the properties you refer to, and as such is the vendor of the properties. Therefore, your "impression" that the purchaser of the properties is not proceeding with acquisition is surprising and if true, I would think it would be material information with respect to Corum. However, I observe that the company is in fact promoting these properties as their core assets, and planning an agressive exploration program. If I have missed a press release or other statement from the company, perhaps you (or SW?) could fill us in. IDM
