Todd,

One thing we also shouldn't forget is that the "partial lockup release agreement" or whatever that's called. Since the employees and insiders are not locked up from selling their shares into the market, this will have a big impact on an illiquid stock such as INSS.

I think the days of INSS going up 3 to 4 bucks on 65,000 shares are over. Not that it won't happen again but it really depend on if M.M. are playing the trick with the market or not! INSS has stayed reasonably stable for the last week or two, this could mean that the option premium would be less than what it would have been.

It's true that the availability of qualified engineers can certainly determine the future growth. But unless the quality of their products or services far exceeds that of their rivals, then the marketing part will play a big part. I used to work at Corel and I know how they win some of the contracts for Perfect Suite! Did you really think there's that much difference between MS office and Corel Office to an average Joe?

Well, I haven't touched INSS in a month and honestly, I wouldn't pay over 20 bucks for this stock in this market condition.

I don't know if there's a current shortage of consultants, but I do know there aren't many firms providing this kind of service. If there are as many network consulting firms as Y2K companies, INSS wouldn't be getting this kind of revenue!

regards,

Jon
