Rachel, I am not sure why Mark said that InnovaCom would help CUBE, not compete with it. I think he meant that somehow InnovaCom's chip would make MPEG-2 more popular, which would help CUBE. Yes, DVImpact will do real-time encoding. Koz said this at the conference call. This takes billions of instructions per second for a serial computer, but the chip does massively parallel processing; I think Koz said it uses 250 parallel processors. Richard
