TAS 3m$ LOAN - CONCEALMENT OF MATERIAL FACTS
The JVAG Report is highly critical of Armand Beaudoin regarding the 3m$ loan made by Mongolian Goldfields Corporation (later taken over by Java Gold) to the Mongolian company TAS in August 1996, half in cash from Java, half in cash from International Pursuit (IPJ).

A remarkable and disturbing fact has been unearthed:

"TAS Corporation had a seven-strong Governing Council. One of the members of the Governing Council was Armand Beaudoin, as revealed in a 3-page colour advertisement of TAS COrporation in 1998. This advertisement includes not only a group photograph of all the seven members of TAS's Governing Council showing Armand Beaudoin, but also his signature together with those of the other six members."

The JVAG Report draws attention to the fact that at no time was it publicly revealed by JVAG that Armand Beaudoin was also on the Governing Council of TAS Corporation.

The JVAG Report also queries why JVAG made no attempt to renegotiate or partly recover the TAS Loan.

A second new fact unearthed is that Mrs Khajidsuren Choijiliin was also a member of the TAS Governing Council while also being a Director of key JVAG subsidiaries - Mongolian Goldfields Corporation (Ontario), Zaamar Goldfields Ltd (Mongolia), Zaamar Goldfields (BVI), Golden Tiger Corporation (BVI) etc.

Anyone who made an investment decision about Java Gold when the TAS Loan was agreed(26th August 1996)or subsequently may have a claim, and should seek appropriate professional financial advice.
