I thought I would let you know that Brazil has recently changed their fee's on land , of which, all companies must now pay $1.00 to $1.50 per ht. per year . So in case you have a large land position, you better have a large treasury.

Word on the back street are some major's are looking to do jv and or sell some of their land positions because of these new fees. Word to the wise, look for companies that have good management, brazilan experience, have selected areas, 2 or 3 maybe 4 areas of land. Brazil is going to be very exciting this year
