Harry,

The post is an update on what the PR person stated. It is not my opinion nor did I research as to who owns the stock.

I asked about the Imnx payment and he wouldn't state anything beyond, "read the press release." That's why I posted the phone number. He wasn't definitive about when the money was coming. He also stated he did not plan to release any press release on payment. Call him and see what he says to you. As a shareholder I am not at all impressed with the release of info from the co. Dunno who decides when and what is released.

I also asked what the cos business plan was for IL1b and the money. He specifically stated that the co is not releasing any info in this regard. Nada. He did state that Cist has no debt and he gave a cursory rundown on current product categories. He is sending me an investor packet in the mail.

BTW, it took 1 week for him to call me back and he cut our conversation short to take a call from "an analyst conference call."

He stated he coments on this thread. Have you seen any of the posts?

I was sorry I didn't get much info. Most PR people are delighted that you are interested in their co. I didn't get that impression. Dunno, but made me wonder if they are hiding something? Has anyone read the court papers and the final rulings regarding patents? Frankly, I'm worried about the intellectual value and number of patents received.

Best,

Greg
