OK folks--before we get off track on cigars, let's look at what the possibilities are here.

1) MDIN has bought a cigar co. Yeah right.
2) MDIN has a current or former (or soon to be former) PR hack that has sloppily put a news release for one represented company above the contact information for another represented company (and an old contact trailer, at that, as last I checked MDIN was in Lake Elsinore, CA, not Vancouver).

I suspect it is the latter. Assuming this to be true, I sure hope MDIN gets their PR act together. If MDIN is paying cash, or diluting us to issue shares to these turkeys, for effective PR representation, they (and we) are not getting our money's worth.

MDIN is a bulletin board company looking for credibility. It gains or loses it according to what they do and with whom they associate. Les cost them some credibility here. If he is still employed by MDIN they should demand a few of those shares back for this faux pas. If not still employed by MDIN, they have little they can really do.

One has to imagine that the Ultima shareholders (and management!) are probably a little upset right now at the representation THEY got...
