Gary - in this month's Worth magazine, they have a section on mutual funds they like. One of the favored funds in the small cap value area (there were only two named) noted that the fund manager had taken a big position in FSII lately, so you are in good company. If I had the magazine in front of me I could tell you the fund and manager, but they escape me now.
