Chapter 11 has to be prepared ahead of time to buy to the limit of your credit. This is how to refinance your business. The stockholders will be the last to be considered but the Goldbergs probably are also stuck with a handful of stock of SEMI. Right now you have to assume everything is lost. If we are lucky then Goldbergs get something and we all will get something out of this bankruptcy. The bank probably gets most of it.
