Bruce, everything you say sounds like a GRNO machine could go somewhere in the vicinity of a big city. In your earlier post you mentioned charter boats using biodiesel. I'll bet that fuel is produced somewhere in the Islands using biomass produced there and originally developed with the use of state tax incentives of some kind. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if those boats not only benefit from a cheap source of fuel but still get some kind of tax exemption from the state.

In fact, a GRNO plant in the Islands could also represent the same type of philosophy as the biodiesel concept I described above. Biodiesel uses home grown plant waste turned into biomass which is somehow cooked into diesel. GRNO would also use a waste product to make diesel and might even garner a tax incentive. Even if it was temporary it would be better than nothing. And it would create jobs where none existed before.
