Bill,

You shorted REFR October 1998 and told people it was going to be less than a dollar and that the company was a scam. You lied. You bought back shares in the 30s claiming that you shorted all the way up. Well how is that different then my buying at 38 and all the way down to the 4s?

REFR will pay dividends that are double the current stock price. This is not wild speculation but looking at the markets that Dr. Lampert outlined would be areas where SPD technology would enhance and create products. REFR has fixed expenses and an upside of 100 times cost of sales. You won't find ONE stock that will pay off like this for long shareholders even if you search for the rest of your life.

You should have SHORTED INKT at 140 - now THAT would have been impressive. But instead you have spent the last 5 years trying to recoup enormous losses on your REFR short. You threaten and attack me, an individual investor, because I tell you to your face that your bravado does not fool me one bit. You are in a deep hole with this short position and so are your hedge funds friends and there is no way out.

The final outcome will be in favor of the longs. The manipulation has not fooled us and we won't sell something as valuable as ownership of SPD technology.

So call me all the names you want, you've tried hunt me down, tried to figure out my SS# all in a frantic desperation because you and your friends are trapped.

Well too bad for you Bill. As you sow, so shall you reap.
