Chart wise, MEAD is consolidating after a down move. Typically this is bearish and consolidations tend to occur at halfway points. The center of the consolidation is around 21, thus, we have a downmove from about 23 1/2 to 21...or 2 1/2 points, and have the potential to move down another 2 1/2 still to about 18 1/2. As long as 22 holds, the chart pattern remains valid for further downmovement. This of course is barring any other influential factor such as news releases, etc.
