welllll.....to put in my 2 cents......It looks to me like QCOM still hasn't bottomed out yet. Although i agree that 40 is a good price, i think it would be best to sell an OTM put when you think the stock will go flat or up.

So if you're convinced that's what the stock will do, then go for it. If you think it's still searching for a bottom, then wait.

But i would watch things carefully cause i do believe the fed will lower rates at the next meeting and thereby cause a pop of some sort.
