Dr Andrews: I am not going to say can't be true but I am going to say I highly doubt it. When you see a buyout, how many times have you seen one at 3 1/2+ times the current price? Also, how many times have you seen a 3 1/2 price buyout with a company in such poor shape as VVUS? It doesn't make any sense? Also, the cash position might have changed but you have to remember what they gave up for the cash. I believe we call it debt and a lien on the leasehold equipment? got to go, good night. Mike
