I'm not a rules or AMEX filing Guru by any means. You are getting the best information I have heard. If is doesn't suit you, C'est la guerre......... They expect to go to AMEX at $5+/- by 31DEC05, ..that's the word on the Street.

Wow, thats some pretty hefty 3 month gains...lets take a look in 3 months and see if this is indeed at $5 a share....but then again, I do believe this is the same person that said at .30++++ that it would never be cheaper and it would be at $ by months end, only to see it at .06ish at months end......But, hey, maybe he is right...if so, I suggest everybody buy as a move from .11 to $5 in 3 months would make most people rich....dont miss out......
