Another "big" contract without any disclosure of financial terms.Another minor run-up that doesn't stick even on a big up-day in the market.Foam the runway for the arrival of the next quarterly report.More phoney accounting("unbilled accounts receivable"??)more losses and more creditors.This game is for keeps and holders of this company's worthless paper are going to lose everythging.
