When Bush is campaigning on the issue of war on terrorism and stating that he has provided leadership in that war, it is quite natural for the terrorists to prove the contrary. With the isolation that Bush is facing worldwide, it is a no brainer to conclude that foreign leaders prefer Kerry over Bush. The Bush doctrine unilateral preemptive strike is very unpopular with the world leaders. To get an idea of how brittle the Bush coalition is here is a good article from an Australian newspaper.
