Dwight-- Hey! The Robot closed at 68 1/4; coulda been worse. These days it doesn't seem to matter what happens before three in the afternoon. That the DJIA finally closed up big after a succession of down days may bode well. Daq pretty poopy, but could play catch-up tomorrow. USRX was by no means alone; after a good start the techs had problems today until the very end. Where are the fund managers putting the money? Maybe into bonds. They look pretty attractive at these levels, and after yesterday's ECI number there's at least a good chance that rates will drop. Maybe not, who knows, but they won't be raised at the next FOMC meeting. As for "lawsuits", I'll email you... Janice
