To Mr. Sanders and Mr. Surber / president OAIS.
As you are probably aware, there are hundreds of OAIS investors who purchased your stock from Barron Chase in the 6.00 to 7.00 dollar area. All sorts of sales tactics where used, from hype stating NAsdaq Nation Market listing filing and to be announced soon, stock should hit 14.00 after major hotel casino deal in announced, they a buyout was coming down. Investors held on from december to january and after Barron chase finished th slaes of your 2 milion shares, they did not support it, so the price dropped from 7 to below 1.0. It may take the courts, SEC or NASD to determine who is at fault. WAs it Barron Chase at fault for hyping, false sales representations, false market caps and valuations of the security or other issues. At present Barron Chase and their President have had action ( 4 ) taken against them in 1998 to violations on securities and trading. Without naming a source, I have heard from others, that the SEC has an on going investigation in the works on Barron Chase. It will be a matter of time until this spills over to OAIS and the issue of how this deal was presented to Barron Chase, their land appraisals, valuations and fair market value.
What occurred was wrong, taking a security to Barron Chase that was not even near the value of 6-7 dollars. Barron Chase never provided on investor relations materials, during the time of the deal sale, your phone nuimber was disconnected and later there was only a voice mail message and no one ever responded to calls.
Well, I suggest that you work with Barron Chase and assist them with settling customers accounts and making them right. Failure to do this will result in an investigation that neither of you need. Barron Chase is 100 % aware of the direction that will be taken very soon and a promise wasmade to work this out and as of the end of this week, Barron Chase thinks this is a big joke and just a threat. Well trust me, this is a promise.
We will be waiting your response through Barron Chase's compliance department to work with the investors who have lost their money. |
