i found on sec.gov a filing of form 424b3 filed on nov 27,1996 re: AXC issuing new stocks to redeem as needed on the open market....then, there was a mention of noncumulative preferred stocks that are due for redemption this month...do you think , anyone, that has something to do with the stock drop in the last 10 days??? maybe the news of contract is coming out next quarter and we may see a test of the 7s again... i am long and strong on AXC cheers
