JOE - How can a company with no debt other that secured with the good loans and $120 Million in cash plus another 80 Million or more in cash set aside for bad loans go CH 11. I know the regulators have forced them in terms of capitalization. They did the same thing to PVN. Maybe they can froce the balnce sheet enough but a Q?
