What? 9-11 WAS anticipated? Bush-Rice-Cheney lied about that. They were not only warned of a major domestic attack by Al Qaida perhaps using hijackings or WMD, but also Al Qaida was on record as having planned to use hijacked planes as "flying bombs" in the Philippines.

Boy you will give Bush-Cheney a pass for ANYTHING won't you, even letting terrorists attack us and kill 3000 people. You simply cannot deny that at the very least they were totally derelict in their duty to protect us. At the very least. But there are many who say that it's more nefarious than that, that they deliberately allowed the attack to use it an excuse to attack Iraq for the oil. But at the very least they were AWOL on counter-terrorism. They did nothing about the USS Cole either, remember. The proof Al Qiada was behind that didn't come in until February 2001 on Bush's watch. What did he do? Zero.
