King Fahd allegedly favors Ali Aziz--an Islamofascist incompetent--because a soothsayer told him Aziz was a good luck charm. I'd categorize that as stupid. I suppose we could argue all week about the point without reaching a resolution.

The important point is that with critical installations spread out over hundreds if not thousands of acres, even the most efficient regime cannot protect against all risks. We can't do it and the Saudis surely can't do it.
