Most of the Dow's move came from IBM, XON, TX, and MO. Aside from them (and they all had some fundamental news to push them higher), it was a flat day overall.

If you look at everything else, advance/decline was about 12/11, which is usually for a flat market. The NASDAQ was flat--and rightfully so, considering that INTC and MSFT were among the few larger tech stocks that were up today by $1+.
