Steven, don't take this as insult, but if you'd read this thread regularly you will be able to find fix for your problem without bringing this issue so loud. This bug will be fixed along with others and more will appear to be worked out with our help. In mean time, when data spike happens you have to disconnect from server, shot RTtrader off and turn it back on, in 99% cases your charts will appear normal, this doesn't work for indexes. I loaded TPII few minutes ago and it is ok. Michael
