Cracker and Troyan: Are you saying that you think that the company has a better chance of success when it gets dropped down to the Bulletin Board? It might as well be listed on the Siberian Stock Exchange, as far as I am concerned. I am not happy about the rollback, but I will be voting "YES" because the alternative is much worst.
