WHAT a board we have. I mention one little peanut butter problem and get a plethora of responses from all you wonderful people.

I must say it sounds as though quite a few of us have digestive problems. I wonder if they are indigenous to Democrats or Liberals..

Maybe we get too upset about the Right Wingers.... (:)

Anyway this is just a general response as I have tried all that you mention and eat a rather restrictive diet. In fact too restrictive. Eating used to be fun. Now I have to worry about everything that goes down.

By the way Enzymatic digestive pills the GOLD ones are great. And lactose pills before eating dairy. AND charcoal pills are the best for lessening gas. AND Borax when the pain gets too much to sleep as last night. AND I did have my gall bladder out and got worse. So consider that. A Gastro Dr. in the mountains said it would not improve my problem at all but the Dr. here in Fl. said yes twice and I did it. The Dr. in Boone NC won.

Yesterday I got a chocolate craving of monumental proportions and ate more dark chocolate than I should have. And my sister had gotten a treat for about 7pm.. Jumbo Shrimp in cocktail sauce. AND that was it. Good bye sleep.

Yawn. I missed all the posts here today as I had errands all day but look forward to catching up on all the news that you all bring to this board... AND the debating and fantastic arguments by differing opinions. Great site. Great board.
