Go back and read it again. It doesn't make sense any other way. It makes a lot of sense. Right now my benefits are growing at inflation plus about 1%. For the new people coming on, they will grow at inflation. Run this out and it makes an enormous difference. If you think it is otherwise we will have to agree to disagree. In any case, all of this is speculation at the moment.
