JBC,

I have a couple of buddies that go to the U.P. often. I'll ask them for you. I have lived in Mich for 32 year and have never been.

I do know that this course is not too far from the tip of the L.P. and everyone RAVES about it.

If you are in the Detroit area, let me know, and we will play a round. Or I can meet you up North (L.P. preferred) for a round too.

Any 38, however you got it, is a very good score in my world.

Denver is a fun team to watch, but I'm not making any predictions about the playoffs. It is possible. The Finals will be Detroit and one of three teams on my short list from the West. Dallas might be the one. I dunno. Detroit will take the East, and Miami will not beat them. I don't see anyone else in the East that could pull four games against Detroit. They are a machine and they have one goal. With a couple of exceptions (Utah?) teams that beat Detroit (Nets, Denver) have exceptional games. Denver had an amazing third last night, and somehow escaped the Detroit defense in the fourth. Good night Denver, bad night Detroit. Ben Wallace is like having six players. For a guy with the one of the worst FT percentages in the game (and an inability to make a hoop from anywhere over 10 feet) we wouldn't trade him for anyone. He is the heart and soul of this team.
