Mark, I have been saying for months now that I believe we need to get some serious mining professionals involved with Naxos at all levels. Nothing that has transpired recently has changed that opinion one iota. John Norton is a good start but just a start. I agree with you the 'five day turnaround story' appears to have been hogwash. That has been apparent a long time now. I am hoping that it has just been the result of excessive enthusiasm on the part of whoever set those expectations. But they have clearly been damaging and we need rational expectations. Henry
