Joe, i find it difficult too. why would Intel want to bin down better chips ? To grab orders for them and not let them get away to the competition. The issue, or at least one of them, as I've been reading it, is between 500 and 450 MHz. Someone pointed out that there's a very small difference between the selling prices of these two, they're so close in frequency. BTW, the only difference between 450 and 500 is the marking. They are the same design, same chip, same process, and I'm sure practically all chips that are good DC and function-wise pass 500 as well as 450. This is a very mature process we're talking about. So, it's not as though Intel is selling a more expensive to make part at a lower price. Tony
