I did read the piece you posted on organic crops. Horses carry tetnus, people working around horses are advised to get booster shots. Organic food raisers worry about E Coli in meat but use the manure on the food? Raccoon crap in your garden will give you round worms that may eat your brain. Organic means with carbon. All foods are with carbon but the meaning has changed to no chemicals or made up fertilizer. Robert Rodale who started Organic Gardening and Prevention started to give a speech at his 50th birthday celebretion, said he was going to live another 50 years. Fell dead in his soup like a cockroach hit with Raid.
