They did it one other time that I am familiar with... When there was a second vote on United Nations General Assembly Resolution 3379, that passed proclaiming Zionism as a form of racism. The U.S. threatened those who did not vote for Resolution 46/86, there would be trade consequences...favored trade status for those that played along and trade sanctions for those that did not. On December 16, 1991, U.N. Resolution 3379 was overturned. Chavez has nothing over on us. len
