Anyone else get this in the mail?????? boards.fool.com "Received mail today regarding notice of a special meeting of stockholders to be held September 28, 1999 in California. Primary purpose is to consider approval of an amendment to the Company's Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation to increase the number of shares of Common Stock, par value $.001 per share, which the Company is authorized to issue from 200 million shares to 300 million shares."
