I agree with your numbers. Most of the heavy selling appears to be done as witnessed by APCC being up in a down market. I'm not so sure that APCC will ride DELL's heels. We had a discussion here about a year and 1\2 ago about APCC being considered a boring electrical battery company instead of a high flying PC peripheral company. Today I would say that they are in between those two categories.

Don't get me wrong, I like APCC and their products as much as you appear to, I am just a bear in the market right now and I am not a long term investor. As I have said before, "if" this stock goes to the mid teens I will be aggresively purchasing the stock. I do not want this stock to go down to hurt you or anyone else, I just believe that conditions are such that we are going to have a nasty month or two to "BEAR" with. I am a good trader but not perfect, and I could build a case for this stock to keep rising as well. It is very easy to determine if one is long or short a stock, as well as hunching in the bushes waiting to attack like I am. If I was short I would be bashing APCC as much as Joseph appears too at times. I find it hard to believe that he "hates" management as much as he says, wants to burn APCC to the ground etc..... and he is still long the stock. Just blows my logic and I am greatly humored by his logic.

Good luck,

Phillip
