The site is located in Frankfurt, Germany, and will be managed by Consultech corporate officials located there, along with Dennis Ammerman, CEO of LoftWerks, Inc. as lead consultant. This project is a large, residential multi-unit housing facility where an estimated 140 single-family units will emerge from the restoration process of an abandoned, multi-building complex.
