Here's the fun part, Frank. It isn't even cold here. Not yet. Temp outside is 26 F. This is going to be a winter of disconnect, or was that discontent. I seem to recall a book about this.... ;)

These IPP operators are faking plant problems in order to rape the consumer? I'm shocked, shocked I tell you. This is not what unregulated capitalism is all about, is it? ;-)
