I found Tim Jackson's "Inside Intel" presented Grove and the steps he took to lead Intel thru the early years in a more positive light than Grove himself did. Hard choices had to be made and Grove made those choices.

I don't know if pAUL get royalties on his chapter and interview though.

edit: both books were about $15 or less in paperback, both worth the money.
