anyone who purchased FXWA ( Flexweight Corp ) and or OAIS ( Oais Resorts International ) from Barron chase Securities from November 1998 to February 1999 , please respond by email to : firehouse 4 @ aol.com or call 937 236-1017 you may also fax any info to 937-236-5525 we are a group of investors who purchased FXWA and OAIS from Barron Chase and we are going to all file jointly with the NASD to recover our money and seek action on Barron Chase for possible illegal sales tactics, marketing a security with an unfair or unreasonable market price, unauthorized sales, buying a concentrated position, buy in an account not suitable for this security and there are other claims. at present there is a securities attorney working on this case. working together will help to verify each others stories against the firm's brokers tactics. this will turn into a very large case. thanks for your response in advance, marty ps : for nuoa investors, i dont think this action against oais will have an effect on your investment since it is only at 2 cents. it might bleed over to OAIS if the SEC takes a harder look after NASD action on Barron Chase.
