KCMike,

Good post on your part. To offer my thoughts, I must begin with the structure of ITKG. PLease remember that they are basically a leading edge technology company and in that capacity, they develop new and innovative technologies as opposed to the manufacturing and distribution of those products. As such, it would be common place for this small company to seek out buyers for their technology (proprietary rights). And, as previously mentioned, there are so many different applications for this technology, the company may well have multiple proprietary licensing agreements in place at the same time.

Consider for example (hypothetically speaking)if a leading player such as IBM should license one application of this technology. They would be well positioned to mass manufacture that application and apply it to their own products. They have the manpower and the funds to do that easily; whereas, ITKG would have to completely re-structure their company and "tool up" with many new employees and equipment which would be very expensive. Simply put, ITKG would be way ahead (financially) to simply license this technology and receive royalties for many years to come. Then, they would be free to pursue "other" applications that do not present a conflict with the licensing company.

For the record, I do not have any knowledge that ITKG has any contract with IBM. I merely used IBM as an example due to its size and huge market share for this type of technology.

Let's see the Form 10 filing and proceed with some announcements. PLease do your own "due diligence" and invest accordingly.

Warm Regards,

Chief
