I like going back and reading the Daily Appellate Report you can really get an understanding about what Judge Whyte is about to
rule on . I wonder what Hsu press release will state when Aquarius
is blocked something like "we see the blocking of Aquarius to be
totaly an aberation to our business" even though it states in the ruling that Avant says to the court that 60% of there income will be
affected.
