So how does this work? H&Q knocks down their estimates of earnings by 50 cents. The stock goes up. This can't be current news. This must have been released yesterday around lunch to their clients and explains the 1 point drop then. Probably helped Briefing have a change of heart. We're up a point and 1/2 since. The market is a beautiful thing.
