<< firestone is a scam>>
True. Not only their tires, but their stores. A few years ago I took my wife's car to one of their stores to check the brakes, since it was right across the street from her store. They charged me $30+ to look and claim I needed $300 worth of work done. So I went to my regular mechanic and he fixed the problem for $25. F*** Firestone. May they go the way of the Pinto.
