Hi Rambi! I read Lucky, because of course once you find an author you like you want to read everything they've written. I couldn't put it down, and I thought she was emotionally very honest, but what a depressing read. I liked the Lovely Bones because of things like the idea of heaven being a different place for different people who find themselves there, the dogs in heaven, the visuals the author created by scenes like the one when the police come and bring the murdered girl's hat home, the knitted one her mother made for her, and we know the killer silenced the girl by stuffing the hat's pompom in her mouth, and the mother collapses on the floor when she sees the hat. I thought the scenes seemed really authentic.

What didn't you like about the ending? How would you have liked it to end?
