Is the current 1.1 million Athlon limited by production or by demand? If it is limited by demand, than what's the problem with 600 MHz Athlon going on allocation. Why can't AMD down-bin a bunch to meet the demand for 500-700 MHz as well?

Normally I would think that the limitation would be demand but note that production at Dresden has been moved forward from the beginning of the 2nd half to Q2. It sounds a little like Intel....AMD may be underestimating demand as well.

Do you think that's likely?
