Here's the DC weather report below....I don't doubt that there are those who would believe that about the secret weather machine...etc....we see some of them here on SI.

I would like to go to one of the balls....just because it would be fun. But ice grippers on boots are hardly the shoes to be appropriate under one's gown, are they? I'd do it tho'.... <ggg>
