Kelly: I think that both TLDCF and PWAV are nice companies (and I though the same of SPCT and got caught in a sudden downdraft). However, from a technical point of view, they are a little richly priced and I think that the charts stink to high heaven. I I was a betting man, I would say that by the end of next February both would be in the mid teens or lower. Than, these will be a bargain. Do not forget that both have current problems, PWAV with its stong depencence on Korea which will not resume too soon expansion of the comminactions network (no one will lend the money until matters settle down), and TLDCF is caught in the Israeli market downdraft which is more connected with the instability of Netaniahu's government than to the world's current problems.
