David,
I hate to be the one to tell you this, but NVXE is a PENNY stock! You didn't buy Microsoft, Intel, Coke, or AT&T. I did DD on this stock and saw a company with no sales, no profit and out of operating capital. When Joe printed "Financials out this week" I took it to mean that they had hopes of raising some capital. As of yet they haven't. There is still that possibility. I have 50,000 shares and if they go to zero , I still can't blame Joe Copia. I picked it up off his list, but I am the one who pulled the trigger.

Joe posts about 15 to 20 picks a week. Different companies each time. In my opinion , this could in no way be called "trying to get into the stock promoting business". I have played alot of Joe's Picks, I have lost on some and have made money on alot of them. Never once has he even hinted at giving me a guarantee on even one of his picks. On the other hand, He has never billed me one damn dime for sharing his expertise with me.

If you think that every stock on a list of recommended Penny Stocks is a guaranteed winner, sell all of your stocks and and buy T-Bills. Those have a guarantee. As for "there will always be guys like me trying to keep them honest." Don't waste your time on my behalf, I have been following Joe for quite awhile, and am very happy with the finished product. (Joe Copia as he conducts himself.)

Respectfully,
Jim Ray
