Aren't you able to see the momentum that WW is gaining for the NO MERGER side by coming forward and being visible? It's very apparent, as the spread continues to widen.
It wouldn't be mudslinging to announce the name of a larger institutional shareholder who supports the merger.
The fact is that Carly seems to have dropped out of sight while WW's cause continues to gain ground.

Fidelity forbids their Fund Managers from commenting on stocks ever since Jeffery Virnek (Magellan Manager) said he was a buyer of some stocks while in reality he was a seller.The lawyers made a few bucks on that one

How does that account for your argument that Vanguard would vote opposite of Fidelity if Fidelity revealed their vote?
